Our project manager Yasuharu Kunii has contributed an article, “The Frontier of Space Science,” to the November 2024 Edition (No. 524) of ISAS News the public relations magazine of JAXA’s Institute of Space and Astronautical Science. The article recounted the research story that led up to LEV-1, one of our forerunner projects, and also explains how exploring lunar lava tubes with AI robot swarms through this project will shed light on unexplored and unknown environments, ushering in a new era of space development.
