LEV-1 received the 2025 CISE SI Division Research Encouragement Award

LEV-1, one of the predecessor projects in which several members of the MS Kunii PJ participated, received the SI Division Research Encouragement Award at 2025CISE. The award ceremony was held in December 2025 at the 26th SICE System Integration Division Conference at Hiroshima, Japan.

“A small lunar exploration robot that lowers the barrier to space”

This award is given to one individual and one co-author who have made highly-regarded research presentations at SI Division conferences and other conferences organized or co-organized by the SI Division. All presentations are considered, and the division awards committee makes the selection.
